Spreadsheets as an Interactive Resource for Learning Physics

In this paper we summarize learning of physics in virtual learning environments and describe how simulations can facilitate students’ understanding of physical phenomena; moreover, we explain spreadsheets as a teaching resource from their history to the resources used in various subjects. We also examine spreadsheet design stages (vector simulator) used as a teaching resource. Finally, we analyze activity mediation in learning vector magnitudes.
