Abstract

This paper compiles the actions carried out by the coordination of distance education at Preparatoria No. 7 – UANL to establish a close communication with its students that although they have the option to receive face-to-face counseling from their facilitators, It is seldom possible to warn in a personal way some risk situation or to carry out a direct accompaniment on the part of the teachers.

The use of social networks has revolutionized the way we communicate today, both personally and professionally, so why not use them to carry out our work in academic monitoring? We use these tools with responsibility, so it is suggested the use of private groups that take care of the confidentiality of the material that is published, as well as of our profiles.

It seems then that the education of today has no borders, no spaces or precise moments to develop.
