Abstract

We describe different academic pathways presented in the Bachillerato a Distancia program proposed by the Sistema de Universidad Virtual (SUV) at the Universidad de Guadalajara (UDG), which began operations in the 2008A school term and closed its offer in 2010B to renew into a new curriculum according to the guidelines of the Reforma Integral de la Educación Media Superior (RIEMS). The purpose is to assess internal school organization to guide students to reach graduation from a suggested route in order to demonstrate its efficiency in interaction with strategies used by students to conduct their own route allowing them to meet their academic needs. For this it’s important to work under a cooperative system that allows students to achieve their particular goal and achieve the common goal of graduation. It is in this context that the different available pathways are presented.
