Abstract

This article attempts to expose the alignment between the Preparatoria José Guadalupe Posada educational model, the concept of human development and the factors that affect it: vulnerability and resilience. This model seeks to address the challenges of High School Education in Mexico City: coverage, quality, and equity. Also, the construction of educational resilience, the product of a comprehensive education that demands from students the implementation of skills and competencies that benefit them and the Tepito neighborhood.
