Abstract

Should we comply with every instructional designer’s need to hire more programmers and computer experts? The answer will always be: no. The alternative is to create strategies which reduce time allotted to user’s needs while appropriately taking care of them. The Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México presents an alternative which satisfies the growing demand for the development of multimedia material.
