Abstract

The following text is a development proposal through Information Technology and Communication (ICT) that stems from the construction of the educational virtual forum. This proposal arises from its conception as a forum; however, it is enriched as a technological innovation tool that helps enhance the dynamics as a space for discussion and reflection to contribute to knowledge-building among participants, as well as to improve dialogue conditions and interaction from a social-cognitive perspective through evaluation.
