Reading Literary Texts: A Work Proposal

Abstract

Knowing and applying tools to understand a text is a fundamental requirement for any student at any educational level. And success in distance learning depends in many ways on reading. Appealing to the cardinal necessity, in addition to the claim that high school students should be in contact with reading –sometimes with the challenge of different texts–, this article will present an educational approach in order to potentiate a critical and argumentative stance that, in turn, will allow for a development of reading skills.
