Abstract

This piece introduces some of the findings acquired during the implementation of the instrument for the diagnostic, which purpose was to evaluate the competences of the faculty teaching in the Interdisciplinary High School Program (BGAI) offered by the Virtual University System (SUV), this study focused in the non-formal and blended modalities as this is a program based on competences and is taught online. The faculty’s competences for teaching were evaluated according to the requirements established by the RIEMS in the agreements 447 and 448. Our findings detected weaknesses in the performance of the faculty in the Interdisciplinary High School Program of the Virtual University System.
