Abstract

The objective identification of the opportunity areas necessary to meet the learning demands of new students entering the BGAI of the Universidad de Guadalajara is the first step in the process of improving the program, considering that only starting from solid results it is possible to implement coherent improvement strategies.

This article shows the research process carried out by the Directorate of Continuing, Open and Distance Education (DECAD) as the first step to strengthen learning in the population that accesses this educational offer.
