Abstract

Tutor training is discussed from a typical competency model, with knowledge of the characteristics of the context, the educational model, and the education agents, in order to create favorable conditions for the implementation of spaces for dialogue and reflection, for creating research networks and avoiding the adoption of models and programs alien to the identity of online education. If we want enterprising people who think for themselves we have to teach them in a different way.
