Abstract

Mixed modality baccalaureate consists mostly of adults who want to develop professionally, a situation that is largely materialized when obtaining the baccalaureate diploma. It is essential that those who study high school level in mixed and distance modalities, do it from competency-based models, since the business sector, and the students themselves, expect to immediately apply progress obtained through their graduate profile.

This paper presents a set of tools that allow the advisor, in mixed and distance modalities, to develop helpful strategies when generating constructively aligned learning environments; in order for student to construct knowledge, go back to significant learning and express them in various skills, according to the expected graduate profiles.
