Abstract

The secondary level in Mexico today faces problems dealing with dropout rate and adults lacking the corresponding diploma. These problems can be surmounted through distance and blended learning, as well as their combinations. They offer the possibility of serving groups with specific needs. Therefore, solving problems of the high school level is a priority so institutions can provide a holistic response and can focus their efforts.
