Designing Virtual Labs for the UANL’s Distance Learning High School: A Proposal Ariadne Farías Arroyo y María de Lourdes Rojas Pedraza

Abstract

Channeling Science learning through the use of technology is an area of opportunity for distance learning in the upper secondary education level. One of the learning methods that can contribute the most to this purpose is the development of virtual labs, which will help Science teachers solve certain problems they face while teaching experimental science in this modality. This essay presents a proposal for designing and using virtual labs for learning modules in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, for the distance learning high school program at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (Autonomous University of Nuevo León, UANL).
