Curation of Digital Content in Distance Baccalaureate

Abstract

The vast amounts of digital information have created the need to develop skills and tools to manage it. The curation of digital content is proposed as a new specialty to organize, give meaning and produce new content and knowledge. Distance Baccalaureate teachers will be able to enrich their practice by training as content curators, creating learning communities and, through them, developing curatorial skills in their students.
