Abstract

A Research and Distant Education Center (CEDEI) is needed in order to meet the demands of the community. With such a center is possible to set innovative and necessary resources that enable the teaching and learning process either for the students or teachers, working in favor of education.
Achieving a successful development of the center requires agreeing on clear rules, posted through operation guidelines, and a query manual that enables to fulfil planned goals and effective communication. If the mission and vision of the center is taken into account then the goals and operation, as well as, school, teaching and academic regulations, are to be described. Later on, the logotype representing the image of the center, is launched to introduce the institution before the community of researchers.
The creation of the center is not only useful for the education department offering courses in different modes, but also as a broadcasting and communication platform for research students, professors and other students of the institution.
