Self-regulation in the distance high school of Estado de México • Lilia García Salas y Juan Carlos Ortega Massé

Abstract

This article presents the comparison of two classes at Estado de Mexico’s distance high school program. The self-regulation process of learners was assessed since it is one of the skills that this mode of delivery fosters. There were significant differences but the first class had more self-regulation indicators and a better academic performance. We can declare that distance high school fosters the development of self-regulation.
