Abstract

Tutoring, understood as a monitoring process for students throughout their academic trajectories from an integral formation perspective, can provide valuable and impactful elements not only for the retention, accreditation and efficiency rate of an educational program, but also for the personal learning experiences.

In this work, we offer the experience of three recognized tutors with students from the High School program for Interdisciplinary Areas, in its virtual modality.

The tutoring works as a close, timely, clear and pertinent monitoring process to assist students with strategies that promote the development of their abilities and talents, regulating their learning process and generating a network of support amongst the learners, favoring the learning experience and the growth of the learning and the competences for all who receive tutoring.
